INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP THE CONVOCATION REGISTRATION FORM

Click on the link ‘7th Convocation Registration’ on the home page of Eastern University website (www.easternuni.edu.bd) or Click onto the Registration Form to go to the registration form: Registration Form

1. Enter your Student ID.

2. Select your Date of Birth 5. Click the ‘submit’ button and WAIT. You will be taken to the ‘Registration Form’.

6. Check your name, e-mail, contact (11 digit mobile number*), mailing address. Update e-mail, contact number, mailing address (if needed). Please note that communication will be made using your contact number and e-mail mentioned in the form. So, be accurate in entering this information.
* If the number shows like 8801552XXXXXX, make it 01552XXXXXX

N.B.: If there is a mismatch in your name, and/or academic information, please contact the Registrar’s Office at the earliest to make necessary corrections.

7. Enter your employment status (if applicable), filling in the required fields.

8. If you wish to bring a guest along with you (guardian/parent) in the convocation, please mention the name of the guest, relationship with the guest, contact number of the guest, and address of the guest.

9. Click the ‘Submit’ button and WAIT. You will be taken to the ‘payment page’.

10. If you wish to pay online, click the ‘pay now’ button. You will be taken to the online payment options. Choose the payment option; the system will mention the amount to be paid.

11. (a) Follow the payment instructions. Upon successful payment of the amount, you will get a success notification. You will receive a payment confirmation notice in your e-mail. Your registration is now complete!

11. (b) Pay the registration fee in Bank (Any branch of DHAKA BANK, Dhanmondi Branch of IFIC Bank, and Dhanmondi Branch of UCBL) using EU payment slip. Students paying the registration fee offline i.e. in the bank should click the ‘Check Payment’ button 2 (two) working days after making the payment.

e.g. if you make the payment on Monday, check the registration status (i.e. click the ‘check payment’ button) on Wednesday to know about your registration status. If you pay on Thursday, check your status on Sunday (Friday and Saturday are bank holidays).

Then you will get a success notification. Your registration is now complete!
