Information regarding the registration of the 8th Convocation

Students who have completed all academic requirements for their degree from Summer 2023 to Spring 2025. |

2. Fill out the online form carefully as per instructions.

Please upload a good quality, formal passport size photograph.

| Registration Fees |
• BDT 10,000 – If you have already received your Provisional Certificate.
• BDT 10,500 – If you have not yet received your Provisional Certificate.
- In this case, you have to pay BDT 8,500.
- The remaining BDT 2,000 will be adjusted from your library security deposit submitted at the time of admission.
Additional Information
1. Guest Policy
• You may bring one guest with the regular fee.
• To bring an additional guest, you must pay BDT 2,000.
• A maximum of two guests (including the first) is allowed per student.
2. Fee Waiver
• A BDT 1,000 waiver is applicable only for students registering for Graduate and Post-graduate degrees.

| Mandatory |
1. The Provisional Certificate must be submitted when collecting the Original Certificate. (In case of loss, a copy of the GD (General Diary) and a newspaper circular must be provided.)
2. Attendance at the Convocation Rehearsal is mandatory.
