Verification
1. Enter your Student ID.
2. Select your Date of Birth.
3. Click the Submit button and wait. You will be redirected to the Registration Form.
Update Information (if required)
1. Check your name, email, contact number (11-digit mobile), and mailing address.
2. Update email, contact number, and mailing address if necessary.
3. Important: All official communication will be sent to the contact number and email you provide. Enter them correctly.

5. N.B.: If there is any mismatch in your name or academic information, please contact the Registrar’s Office immediately for correction.

Your uploaded photo will be published in the convocation souvenir.
Please upload a good quality, formal passport size photograph.

| Registration Fees |
• BDT 10,000 – If you have already received your Provisional Certificate.
• BDT 10,800 – If you have not yet received your Provisional Certificate.
- In this case, you have to pay BDT 8,800.
- The remaining BDT 2,000 will be adjusted from your library security deposit paid at the time of admission.
Additional Information
1. Guest Policy
• One guest is allowed with the regular fee.
• For an additional guest, you have to pay BDT 2,000.
• Maximum two guests (including the first one) are allowed per student.
2. Fee Waiver
• A waiver of BDT 1,000 is applicable to registrations for undergraduate and graduate degrees.

- Use the EU Payment Slip or a bank deposit slip for payment.
- After payment, please email a copy of the deposit slip to: accounts@easternuni.edu.bd for updating your accounts ledger.
- Once your ledger is updated, click the Check Payment button on the Registration Form to confirm your payment status.
- After verification, you will see a success notification. Your registration is now complete.

| Mandatory |
1. The Provisional Certificate must be submitted when collecting the Original Certificate. (In case of loss, a copy of the GD (General Diary) and a newspaper circular must be provided.)
2. Attendance at the Convocation Rehearsal is mandatory.
